I have watched numerous network marketing webinars, downloaded free eBooks and follow Eric Worre. They all talk about the 3% that succeed and the 97% that stay broke. Being an introvert and not wanting to be a pushy salesperson I started to think I’d be one of the 97% network marketers. Until I met Brad. I met Magic Brad in one of the many many network marketing Facebook groups I’ve joined. Upon speaking with me he realized how much of a beginner I am. Magic Brad said that my job is to brand myself and not the company I work with. That people who join my team will stay with me because of our relationship not what I market. He reminded me that trees don’t grow overnight and neither will my company. Seeds have to be planted and nurtured. And so with this new train of thought, I'll continue to build strong relationships.
